Summary: "Estate Planning"
I don't think this is a replacement for using an attorney to plan your estate matters, however, I truly think this had me prepared with any questions I might have when I set up the appointment. It's well worth the money to check this out BEFORE you spend all the money on the attorney fees.
It's thought provoking and suggests things to consider that you might not otherwise think about. I would recommend it if you are planning to set up any kind of estate trust matters.

Summary: "mistake 102 not reading this book"
This book has great tips about dos and don'ts. I realized after reading it that I better hustle to change my daughter's guardians. The ones named in my will have been divorced for 5 years and we are barely speaking. Nass makes plenty of other points that hit home.

Herb Nass is a first-rate authority on matters of estate planning. Impressed with his credentials. This book is a must-read whether attending to these very important matters yourself or with a professional advisor. A helpful guide that steered me clear of common mistakes and ensured I am on the proper path to wealth preservation. Loved the anecdotes. Written in a way that I could reduce complex matters to more simple prescriptions for success. Without insulting my intelligence. My kids have already thanked me.
